phwing does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. phwing shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond phwing's reasonable control (force majeure).
phwing reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phwing reasonably determines that: (a) you have breached these Terms or any applicable law; (b) your account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited purposes; (c) you have provided false or misleading information; (d) PAGCOR or another competent authority directs phwing to do so; or (e) phwing determines that continued operation of your account poses a risk to phwing or other players.
Upon termination for cause, phwing may retain any balance in your account pending investigation. Upon termination without cause by phwing, any legitimate balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
You may close your phwing account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance, net of any outstanding wagering obligations, will be returned to your registered withdrawal method.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You and phwing agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes where applicable.

Where changes are material, phwing will provide notice by posting updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number.
